Mix the grated Parmesan with the seeds. Put a baking paper in a tray and with the help of a ring - I made a paper one - circles are formed from this mixture. From the bamboo sticks, the tails of the lollipops are formed and a little Parmesan is sprinkled over the stick, so that they do not come off. Bake for a few minutes over medium heat, until lightly browned. Leave it to cool in the pan for a while and then peel it lightly with a spatula and serve it with tomato cream soup.
