A quick and healthy recipe!

  • well ripened tomatoes
  • garlic
  • pepper
  • salt
  • olive oil (extra virgin preferred)
  • oregano
  • basil

Servings: -

Preparation time: less than 15 minutes


Tomatoes are washed and cleaned of stalks and then cut into small cubes.

Cut the garlic into small pieces and place it over the tomatoes. We do the same with hot peppers. (If you want more spicy put more).

Season with salt, then add oregano and basil. At the end, add the olive oil.

Serve on toast.
