How to prepare flavored butter:
• 3 tablespoons of red wine
• 2 tablespoons finely chopped red onions
• 120 g soft butter
• 1 tablespoon freshly chopped green parsley
• 1 tablespoon fresh tarragon
• ½ teaspoon of coarse sea salt
• ¼ freshly ground black pepper
