Ingredients for baked nuts

  • 1 parsnip
  • 250 ml vegetable soup
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 150 grams of mushrooms
  • 200 grams of sweet chestnuts
  • 100 grams of hazelnuts
  • 50 grams of cashew nuts
  • 50 grams of sunflower seeds
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 4 drops of Black Pepper + essential oil
  • 1 drop of Thyme + essential oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh, chopped thyme
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika powder
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Half a stalk of celery
  • A piece of fresh ginger
  • A handful of dried mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons almond milk
  • 1 drop of Nutmeg + essential oil
  • ½ teaspoon of smoked paprika powder

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Then heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a large pan and cook a grated carrot and finely chopped parsley with a cube of vegetable-flavored spice concentrate for 5 minutes until soft. Add a finely chopped onion, 2 cloves of garlic, 150 grams of finely chopped mushrooms and cook for another 10 minutes.

Place 200 grams of sweet chestnuts, 100 grams of hazelnuts, 50 grams of cashews and 50 grams of sunflower seeds in a blender and mix until smooth. Mix well and add a tablespoon of tomato paste.

Mix everything and then add 3 large eggs, lightly beaten. Garnish with 4 drops of Black Pepper +, 1 drop of Thyme +, a tablespoon of freshly cut thyme, 250 ml of vegetable soup and 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika powder.

Mix in a large bowl then place the mixture in the prepared tray on the entire surface. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. Then remove the foil and put in the oven for another 20 minutes until it is hard when you press lightly.

Meanwhile, to make the sauce, heat 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil over low heat, then add all the ingredients to the sauce, simmering for 15 minutes. Finally, add 3 tablespoons of almond milk, 1 drop of Nutmeg + and ½ teaspoon of smoked paprika powder for a flavorful finish. Leave the mixture on the stove for another minute and then pour into a blender to make a smooth sauce.

Perfect baked potatoes with rosemary and thyme

Crispy, golden, aromatic, baked potatoes are the perfect complement to any dish.

  • 1 kg of potatoes
  • 100 ml of olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • 1 drop of Rosemary + essential oil
  • 1 drop of Thyme + essential oil
  • 8 sprigs of fresh thyme

Peel the potatoes and cut each potato into 4 equal pieces. Put them in a large pot and cover with hot water. Let them simmer for 20 minutes then strain the water. Place a tray in the oven and preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Simple tiramisu with cherries and coconut

Aromatic oil massage relaxes, stimulates circulation and has distinct therapeutic actions.

In addition to pampering and relaxation, aromatherapy massage protects us from the troubles of the cold season.

Aromatic preparations are easy to obtain at home, and with them we can do a miracle massage for the whole body.

Aromatic oil for massage

In 50 ml. olive oil, sesame oil, grape seed, etc., put 20 & # 8211 100 drops of volatile oil. The amount of volatile oil added depends on its & # 8220 strength & # 8221 and the sensitivity of the person to be massaged.

Every time I travel, whether it's on another continent or the neighboring city, I like to bring home something that isn't grown in my home. This time I brought kalamata olives and cold pressed olive oil. A miracle! And look what I did with them!

Preparation time: 15 minutes

Necessary ingredients: (quantities are & icircn depending on preferences, what taste you want to be pregnant and the size of the jar)

How come:

I put on the bottom of a glass jar dehydrated tomatoes from my garden, a good handful of peeled garlic, two sprigs of fresh rosemary, olives, then on top the hot dried pepper. I soaked everything in olive oil and in three days the oil had become particularly fragrant. It is used in salads and in cooked meats such as olives with leeks! Or simply on the toasted bread!


Dried tomatoes flavored in oil!

Probably many of you have heard of this appetizer in Mediterranean cuisine. Dried tomatoes can be considered a delicacy. Today, you will find out how to prepare them at home, what they are served with and what dishes you can add them to.

INGREDIENT:

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

1. It is very important to choose medium tomatoes, well ripened, fleshy and elongated cylindrical shape (like plum).

2.Wash and dry the tomatoes, then cut them in half and remove the spine. If the vegetables are large, then cut them into quarters.

3. There are 2 methods of drying tomatoes: you can scoop out the core with a teaspoon or you can dry them with pulp. Dehydrated tomatoes with kernels are harder to dry, but have a much more intense taste.

4. Tomatoes can be dried in the oven or in the sun, but it is a longer process. But we will work with a dehydrator.

5.Place the tomatoes on the trays of the appliance, with the cut up. Then sprinkle them with salt to remove excess moisture from the vegetables, you will taste them and they will keep better. Sprinkle them with very little sugar, for a more intense taste.

Advice.At this stage, tomatoes can be seasoned with herbs, but we do not recommend doing it, because during drying, they lose their flavor.

6.Put the tomato trays in the dehydrator, then set the time and temperature: 12 hours at 70 ° С. Depending on the size of the tomatoes and how juicy they are, the drying time can vary between 9-15 hours at a temperature of 70 ° С. Be careful not to dry the tomatoes too hard, they should be soft, bend slightly, without shattering, but not wet and not removing juice.

7. From 5 kg of fresh tomatoes you get 850 gr of dehydrated tomatoes.

8. Transfer the dehydrated tomatoes to clean, dry containers, alternating them with layers of fresh garlic slices or granulated garlic and provence herbs.

Advice.You can use a mixture of herbs or herbs separately: basil, marjoram, rosemary, thyme, oregano, sage, mint, etc.

9. Fill the jars with hot oil, but not boiling, enough to completely cover the vegetables. Thus the tomatoes are better preserved, exclude the fermentation process, the taste and aroma of the spices become more intense and pasteurization takes place. Of course, you can also use cold oil.

Advice. Olive oil is also used in some recipes, but when the tomatoes are kept in the fridge, it thickens.

10. Close the jars tightly and allow them to cool. In 2-3 days, the oil level will drop, because it will be burnt by tomatoes and you will need to add more oil to the edge of the jar.

Store tomatoes in the refrigerator. They stay very good at least until next season, even a few years, but it is such a tasty appetizer that it is eaten very quickly.

Add dried tomatoes to salads and serve with meat, meatballs or fish. They are also used for pizza, pasta and appetizer cakes.

The easiest way to eat this appetizer is to place the tomatoes on a slice of fresh bread with soft cheese.

And the extremely aromatic oil is used as a dressing for salads or snacks and as a sauce.
